Goals are the best way to score points in the Creo app. Goals require discipline and consistency, two key ingredients to habit formation. To set a goal:
In your Dashboard, click on the plus (+) sign in the top right corner of the screen.
Select a goal that displays based on your health risk, or choose “View More” to see the entire list.
You will be prompted to choose a duration.
Don’t forget to go into the app every day and click “I did this!”
