You can get points 4 different ways in the Creo app:
1. Read articles (25 points)
2. Complete To-Dos (15-55 points)
3. Complete a Challenge (5 points a day, up to 300 points if you win)
4. Complete a goal (15-2700 points)
If you set a goal and complete it every day for a month you will receive a large amount of points. This is actually the best (but hardest) way to gain points. You have to document your goal every day, however. If you don't mark it complete even one day, you will not receive credit for the goal. The reason for this is because we believe changing habits requires commitment, mindfulness, and discipline. Marking a goal complete every single day means you are focused on your health and willing to put in the work it takes to change your habits.
Achieving each level is 10% harder than it was to get to the one before. For instance, the points required to achieve Level 1 is 100 and to reach Level 2 it's 110, but to go from Level 29 to Level 30 you'll need to rack up 1586 points. So as you are getting better at earning points, the levels will get commensurately more difficult to achieve. It's all part of the game!
